Instructions for logging into the Telegram API using the verification code:

1. Open the app or website and enter the number we provided.

2. Click the provided “View verification code” link to see the verification code.

First, enter the [verification code]. After entering the verification code, the system will ask for the [two-factor authentication password]. That’s it.

The two-factor authentication password has been sent to your webpage; please check it.

The Telegram cross-platform authentication feature will send the verification code to your authorized device. You no longer need to request a verification code! As long as at least one device is connected to the internet, you can keep using it

Resolving the issue of missing verification information (30-minute wait)

This message relates to the app, not your account! Your app is unable to send verification codes, which triggers the “No login information” message. Here are a few solutions:

1️⃣ iPhone:

To download the Telegram app on your iPhone, you must use a US Apple ID. When searching for “Telegram” in the App Store, only “Telegram Messenger” should appear; this is the official version. Other versions, such as Telegram Plus, are unofficial and will not send verification codes.

2️⃣ Android:

The reason Android phones fail to send verification codes is often that the app was downloaded from the wrong source. This is a common issue on Huawei, Honor, and Xiaomi phones.

☑️☑️Solutions☑️☑️ If you have confirmed that you downloaded the official app but the platform still fails to prompt for a verification code after 30 minutes, you need to log in using a third-party app. This is because the official app fails to send verification codes on certain phones, necessitating the use of a third-party alternative. ⚠️Final reminder⚠️ Due to the latest Telegram update released in late July 2025, the Telegram X version for Android will no longer be able to log in and will display error code 400.
